Walk with a Question - October 5, 2026

Make space, in nature and in community, to be with a question you are holding in your work.

Sometimes we have questions that feel big and important and never seem to get our full attention. Sometimes this is simply because they are so big and important. Sometimes we have smaller questions in our work endeavors that just never get to be the focus of our attention.

This offering is an opportunity to make space to be with just such a question. We will do this in nature. And in community. We will explore how we are holding these questions and find different ways of relating to them and gaining perspective on them.

Join us for this interactive and engaging gathering at Nature Through Nurture on Monday, October 5th (rain date Tuesday, October 6th), 9:00am-1:00pm. Our time together will be spent moving between solo reflection time, small and whole group conversations, and solo time out on the land at Nature Through Nurture.

What will you come away with?…well that remains to be seen. It may be next steps, it may be clarity, it may be a new relationship to the question, it may be new questions. This may not be about answering this question for you. What are you finding today in relationship to this thread in your life and work?

This workshop is designed for you to:

  • Expand your awareness of what you are considering as you hold this question in your work

  • Have space to be a part of nature as we contemplate matters of our life

  • Build community around tending to our questions

  • Connect to place — perhaps you will come back to revisit these threads and themes in your work as well as the paths amidst these trees, rocks, stream-bends.

Option to stay for lunch and a sauna.

There will be an option to stay for lunch and sauna for those who would like to stay and continue to connect to the land, one another, and themselves. This will be from 1:00pm-3:30pm.

  • -Individuals who want to make space for questions they are holding around their work.

-Individuals who want to do this in community and in nature – to have peers to support and be supported by in your work.

  • This workshop will be held at Nature Through Nurture in Denmark, Maine on Monday, October 5th, 9:00am-1:00pm. Optional lunch and sauna to follow for those who would like to stay from 1:00pm-3:30pm. Nature Through Nurture is located at 77 Warren Road, Denmark, Maine, 04022.
